FAQ
Questions people ask before booking
Do I need to be home?
No. Many customers leave a key in a lockbox or give a door code. Your cleaner will message you when they arrive and when they leave.
Do you bring your own products?
Yes. Every visit includes low-tox products, microfibre cloths and a vacuum. If you'd like us to use your own products, just let us know.
How is the price worked out?
By the size of your home and how often we visit. You get one fixed price per visit before your first clean, so it never changes depending on how long the job takes.
Can I pause or cancel?
Any time, with 48 hours' notice. There's no lock-in contract and no cancellation fee.
What if my usual cleaner is away?
We'll let you know in advance and offer another cleaner from the same team, or let you skip that visit.
